Warranty Coverage
Lifetime Service Warranty + One (1) Year Warranty on Parts and Mechanism
The Lifetime Service Warranty provides technical labor support from ZION-authorized technicians for the lifetime of the sauna, subject to the full Warranty Policy. The one-year Parts and Mechanism Warranty covers manufacturing and workmanship defects on covered parts under normal use and proper maintenance, counted from the date of purchase or delivery, whichever is applicable.
ZION-authorized service may first conduct an on-site assessment in serviceable areas. If the concern cannot be resolved on-site, the sauna may be inspected on location with parts and components evaluated at the ZION Service Center.
Covered concerns typically include:
- Covered electrical or operational malfunction of the heater, controller, or panel
- Covered defects affecting the heating element under normal use
- Covered workmanship defects on the cabin frame, factory assembly, or panel joints
