How Fees Are Applied
Every order is charged one standard delivery fee based on the delivery area, taken from the matrix below. You choose your area at checkout and the fee appears in your order summary before you confirm — no delivery charges are added afterwards.
Standard rates assume flexible scheduling, which lets us consolidate deliveries heading to the same area. If you need next-day delivery, see Expedited Delivery.
Delivery Fee Matrix
Effective 1 April 2026. Rates reflect distance, accessibility, and operational cost. Look for your specific city or province first — several areas are served directly from a nearby warehouse and are charged less than the wider region containing them.

Nearby Warehouse Areas
The areas in the first table are serviced from a nearby ZION warehouse and are charged the nearby rate even where the surrounding region costs more. Mandaue City, Cebu, for example, is charged at the nearby rate rather than the Region VII rate.
Cargo-Quoted Regions
Region IV-B (MIMAROPA) and Region VIII (Eastern Visayas) are delivered via third-party cargo. No delivery fee is charged at checkout for these areas — the actual cargo rate is quoted by our team and confirmed with you before dispatch.
Expedited Delivery
Expedited or next-day delivery is not part of the standard service. Where it can be arranged, a fixed surcharge applies on top of the standard delivery fee:
- ₱1,000.00 for nearby warehouse areas
- ₱2,000.00 for all other locations
Expedited delivery is arranged with our team directly and is not currently bookable through website checkout.
