Warranty Coverage
Lifetime Service Warranty + One (1) Year Warranty on Parts and Mechanism
The Lifetime Service Warranty provides technical labor support from ZION-authorized technicians for the lifetime of the chair, subject to the full Warranty Policy. The one-year Parts and Mechanism Warranty covers manufacturing and workmanship defects on covered parts under normal use and proper maintenance, counted from the date of purchase or delivery, whichever is applicable.
ZION-authorized service may first conduct an on-site assessment in serviceable areas. If the concern cannot be resolved on-site, the chair may be pulled out and brought to the ZION Service Center for further inspection, repair, or parts replacement.
Covered concerns typically include:
- Covered mechanism defects affecting massage rollers, recline, foot extension, or related moving parts
- Covered electrical or operational malfunction of the control system, remote, or motor
- Covered workmanship defects on the chair frame, upholstery seams, or factory assembly
