Warranty Coverage
Lifetime Service Warranty + One (1) Year Warranty on Parts and Mechanism
The Lifetime Service Warranty provides technical labor support from ZION-authorized technicians for the lifetime of the unit, subject to the full Warranty Policy. The one-year Parts and Mechanism Warranty covers manufacturing and workmanship defects on covered parts under normal use and proper maintenance, counted from the date of purchase or delivery, whichever is applicable.
ZION-authorized service may first conduct an on-site assessment in serviceable areas. If the concern cannot be resolved on-site, components may be inspected on location and evaluated further at the ZION Service Center.
Covered concerns typically include:
- Covered electrical or operational malfunction of the chiller, controller, or filtration system
- Covered defects affecting the temperature regulation system under normal use
- Covered workmanship defects on the tub shell, factory assembly, or fittings
