“No Refund” Policy on Reservation Fees or Down Payments
ZION Philippines is committed to ensuring transparency and fairness in all transactions. By placing a reservation or down payment for any of our products, including but not limited to massage chairs, saunas, and recliners, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Reservation Fee or Down Payment Policy
1.1. Purpose of Reservation Fee/Down Payment
The reservation fee or down payment is collected to secure your order and ensure product allocation. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
1.2. Applicability
This policy applies to all products offered by ZION Philippines, including massage chairs, saunas, and recliners.
2. Non-Refundable Clause
2.1. The reservation fee or down payment is considered non-refundable under all circumstances except in the following cases:
– Failure of ZION Philippines to deliver the product due to reasons solely attributable to the company.
– Cancellation of the order by ZION Philippines due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., product unavailability).
2.2. Clients are advised to carefully assess their purchase decision prior to making a reservation or down payment.
3. Terms of Payment
3.1. Reservation Fee Amount
The reservation fee amount will be clearly indicated in the invoice or acknowledgment receipt provided upon payment.
3.2. Balance Payment
The balance of the payment must be settled according to the agreed schedule indicated in the sales contract. Failure to
settle the balance on the due date may result in the forfeiture of the reservation fee or down payment.
4. Reservation Validity
4.1. Reservation fees or down payments are valid for a maximum of 30 days from the date of payment. If the balance
payment is not completed within this period, the reservation will be considered canceled, and the reservation fee/down
payment forfeited.
5. Product Delivery
5.1. ZION Philippines ensures that the product reserved will be delivered according to the agreed schedule. Delivery
delays caused by external factors (e.g., shipping delays, force majeure) will be communicated promptly.
5.2. If the product reserved is unavailable, the client may:
– Opt for a replacement product of equal or greater value, subject to additional payment or refund for price differences.
– Receive a refund of the reservation fee/down payment.
