WARRANTY POLICY
Warranty Coverage
1. All ZION massage chairs include a one (1) year parts warranty and a lifetime service warranty, covering manufacturing and workmanship defects under normal use and proper maintenance. Parts are subject to evaluation.
2. ZION reserves the right to repair or replace defective parts with new or refurbished components, or provide a replacement unit when necessary.
3. Clients must return or coordinate defective units with the ZION Service Center (address stated on the warranty card). Packaging must be appropriate, and shipping or transport costs are shouldered by the client, unless otherwise stated.
4. Serviced units must be claimed within six (6) months; otherwise, ZION reserves the right to dispose of or apply storage charges.
5. Relocation, delivery, or on-site transfer of units by ZION technicians is not covered under this warranty.
6. Lost warranty cards or proof of purchase will not be replaced. Please keep them safe, as they are required for warranty claims.
Out of Warranty Services
Repairs are considered out of warranty when:
1. The unit has been tampered with, altered, or repaired by unauthorized technicians.
2. Damage results from misuse, mishandling, neglect, accidents, spills, wear and tear, corrosion, rust, or stains.
3. Loss of product accessories (e.g., remote control, adapter, charger, battery) or damage to external materials (e.g., fabric, artificial leather) is not covered.
4. Defects arise from pest infestation, fire, floods, lightning, natural disasters, pollution, abnormal voltage, or generator use.
5. The sales invoice and warranty card are not presented at the time of service (P1,500 charge for missing documents).
6. Warranty details are unclear or altered.
7. The unit has been taken outside the Philippines.
